ALIVE MMA includes a full boxing gym with a regulation sized ring and 10 heavy bags as well as mirrors and space for line drills. They have muay thai length and boxing length heavy bags, a double ended bag, speed bags, medicine and stability balls, focus mits, thai pads, kick pads, gloves, yoga gear and much more.
Also in the adjoining building is a complete CrossFit gym (CrossFit Woodstock.) Complete with weights, kettle bells, rowing machine, gymnastics rings, weight sleds, tires, and other plyometric workout equipment. Personal trainers available for specialized training, a sauna which seats 8 people as well as therapeutic massage room, for massage therapy. They foster a comfortable, clean environment and have separate women’s and men’s changing rooms, each with showers and an additional shower in the back next to the sauna.
They offer both adult and kids Mixed Martial Arts programs with an emphasis on Jiu Jitsu, Greco-Roman and Freestyle Wrestling, Judo, Submission Grappling, Boxing, and Kickboxing.
